Please read carefully!
- All sales are final and I can't offer refunds once your package is on its way.
- You may add products to your order while the shop is still open! Place a second purchase and contact me to combine the shipping.
- If you got the wrong design, contact me ASAP so we can fix it (as long as the product is in stock and I still have your package with me).
- Production for preorder items take between 2 and 3 months. Only join if you are willing and happy to wait.
- Products will be shipped together. Note if you combine in-stock items with preorders, as your order won't go out until everything is ready.
Shipping Info:
- Shipping rates include packing materials.
- Orders are sent out from Spain.
- If I end up not being able to ship to your country, I will contact you to cancel your order and process your refund.
- The customer is responsible for the correct and complete personal data provided. I won't take responsibility for lost packages if you didn't write the correct information.
- Please contact me if you wish to change your address before I ship out your order.
- An e-mail will be sent once your package has been shipped. No changes can be made at that time (for preorders, you can follow general production updates on my Twitter and Insta).
- When the items are shipped out it’s beyond my control what happens to the packages.
- I will contact you if I get the package returned due to a failed delivery. Your options would be a refund (minus shipping) or a discounted second shipping payment.
- Refund is not possible if the package is sent and lost. Unfortunately, tracked shipping does not assure us a package won't get lost. That may still happen :(
- The customer is responsible for customs, or any other additional charges imposed later on by your country.
